The author of this 2(a)/2(d) website (attorney Carl E. Person) has been representing plaintiffs in their RPA claims since 1970; and, shortly after the World Wide Web was created, he became (it appeared to him at the time) the first lawyer in the country to offer a website (this lawmall.com website) containing legal information for the public. One of the first legal subjects for this Lawmall website was the Robinson-Patman Act, a federal antitrust statute enacted in 1936. Over the years, Person has researched and written a large number of articles on the RPA published as part of his RPA Lawmall website.
