Rebate Fraud Help Center - to Assist Consumers in Obtaining Rebates Promised to Them by Manufacturers, Retailers and Processing Agents

The practice of offering rebates to prospective purchasers to induce them to buy a product (or service) has resulted in billions of dollars of illegal activities by many of the manufacturers and retailers offering rebates to the public. A substantial percentage of the customers purchasing because of the rebate offer wind up never obtaining the promised rebate. In some cases the purchasers fail to comply with the terms of the rebate offer, but often some of the terms are unconscionable. In other instances, the purchaser has performed sufficiently to be entitled to the promised rebate, but never receives the rebate - usually by prior intention and design of the manufacturer, with an awareness and active participation by the retailer and any processing agent.

This website provides a technique for any purchaser who is improperly denied a promised rebate to be able to obtain payment of the rebate and perhaps a substantial amount of money over and above the promised rebate amount.

This website provides information about the history of rebates, the statutes, rules and case law governing rebates,
and the steps a consumer can take to maximize his/her chances of obtaining the promised rebate.
