Explanatory Note as to Lawmall Website Development

This is my original index page to the www.lawmall.com website, which was replaced with a revised index page featuring my third book, Saving Main Street and Its Retailers. Meanwhile, I have created a variety of new websites not reflected in the new index page. These new websites (several still under construction) include:

  1. Town Attorney General Website
  2. Website in Support of Carl Person's Lawsuit to Legalize Gambling in New York State
  3. Website for Independent Retailers, Jobbers and Wholesalers to Maintain an RPA Action for a Manufacturer's Discriminatory Advertising and Promotional Program
  4. Website for Helping Consumers Avoid Payment of Late Fees and Other Charges for Not Performing Some Act on a Timely Basis
  5. Rebate Center Website to Enable Consumers to Recover Substantial Damages for Wilful Non-Payment of Promised Rebate
  6. Website in Support of Carl Person's Candidacy for New York Attorney General - Green Party 2006
  7. Website with Election Issues for Mayoral/Council Elections in Towns and Villages; with Person's "Default Candidacy"
  8. Website for 2nd Auto-Parts Lawsuit, Including Auto-Parts Manufacturers for First Time

As you can see from the above list of new websites, some of my "lawmall" websites have their own domain names, but I consider them as part of "Lawmall". These two websites were given generic domain names to assist in their promotion. Several of the websites are (at the time of this writing) being programmed with graphics and interactivity, and will be posted within a few days or weeks (i.e., my latefees and rebates websites). Other websites are being upgraded with graphics and interactivity, which changes will be posted within several days or weeks (electionissues and carlpersonforNYattorneygeneral).

Also, I'm attempting to put my own "advertising" into the numerous website pages to enable visitors to find other Lawmall websites of interest to them.

If anyone is interested in helping push my reform issues, I can use the help. I describe how volunteers can help in my campaign to become New York Attorney General, at How You Can Help Obtain the 40 Election-Issue Goals for Yourself and Your Community, soon to be transferred to Final Address for NY Attorney General Candidacy Website.

3 NEW BOOKS BY ATTORNEY CARL E. PERSON

The publisher and author of this website, attorney Carl E. Person, has written three books of interest to visitors of the various Lawmall websites. Each book is a paperback, retail price of $19.95 (or $26.95 in Canada), and available through this website and other online book stores such as Amazon.com. Also, anyone interested in distributing the books (perhaps for the purpose of obtaining free healthcare for his/her own town or village - read how this is possible in SAVING MAIN STREET AND ITS RETAILERS) should look at the author's distribution website, at Salesmen / Book Distribution Website. The 3 books by Attorney Carl E. Person are:

  1. SELF EMPLOYMENT - To Avoid the Evil Economic Trio of Outsourcing, Globalization and Declining Standard of Living, by Carl E. Person, published in September, 2004;

  2. SAVING MAIN STREET AND ITS RETAILERS, by Carl E. Person, published in October, 2004; and

  3. A LAW CAREER IS THE SMART WAY - To Avoid the Evil Economic Trio of Outsourcing, Globalization and Declining Standard of Living, by Carl E. Person, published in August, 2004. Note: This book and SELF EMPLOYMENT overlap about 80% and nobody should buy both books. If a person is interested in going to law school, or is in law school or is a lawyer, the book to purchase is A LAW CAREER IS THE SMART WAY; for all others, the book to purchase is SELF EMPLOYMENT.

Information about each of these books is available at the author's book distribution website, at Author's Book Distribution Website or, as to A LAW CAREER IS THE SMART WAY, by clicking on Author's Website for A LAW CAREER IS THE SMART WAY - To Avoid the Evil Economic Trio of Outsourcing, Globalization and Declining Standard of Living. Websites are under construction for single-copy sales of the other two books, SAVING MAIN STREET AND ITS RETAILERS and for SELF EMPLOYMENT - To Avoid the Evil Economic Trio of Outsourcing, Globalization and Declining Standard of Living.

Meanwhile, wholesale distribution for all three books has been arranged with Baker & Taylor.

If you have any questions about any of the 3 books, you may telephone the author at 212-307-4444 or email them to the author at carlpers@ix.netcom.com.

An important recent addition to the prosecutorial abuse websites is a copy of a complaint by an aggrieved small businessperson (and his wife and children) against the Suffolk County (NY) District Attorney and detectives for alleged prosecutorial abuse in connection with an alleged money-making business of ex parte attachments of all the assets of an accused before he knows he is an accused. The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on 4/24/02, is found at Complaint Alleging Prosecutorial Abuse by District Attorney of Suffolk County New York and Requesting Declaratory Judgment of Invalidity of New York Forfeiture Statute, CPLR Sections 1310-1352.
